I said good bye to YUKAWA in the morning, and dropped at super local SOBA restaurant.

Waiting SOBA with the novel and the small dish.

And decided to try another river just for the change.

14:24 OJIKAGAWA river C and R section.

Expecting to see IWANA or YAMAME there.

14:30 too strong tug, but rainbow again???

Yes, there were many rainbows as long as my many investigations...

And him.

Fed up the upper section and headed for the lower section.

Found some severe rises. Changed the fly to the midge.

After several trial, #20 fly caught him. He only ate midge.

It was nice rise game but.. rainbow again???

Casually, I looked back on my crazy fly fishing days in US. And found this pic after very long time. Again, I was surprised by the number of mayfly's spinner! Please give me a good luck this weekend, god.

She is missing KFS' closing very much.

Today she tried sight fishing in short range mainly, because it was too windy.

She did great job, caught 7 big ones and many smalls in 2 hours by herself without any my help.

It seems that I need to find alternative good fishing field for her immediately...

Her HATSU_TSURI

was tough at SFP. So I helped her to cast and set a hook today.

She said that KFS was much better for her.

When I attached the link of KFS, noticed just now that it would be closed the end of this month! And member's card will be expired also. We can get 2 hours free coupon if we go there only once more. Which means...

On the plea of her fishing practice,

we went to KFS after more than three months interval from the last one.

She got many fishes by her own skill today.




Especially at least two of them were much bigger than mine.

This is her first 40 over one. Still can't believe that she caught it by herself without any my help.

Last day of NAGANO trip
