We'd decided to celebrate US birthday with typical American food.
My part was to bake a meat pate by charcoal cooking grill.
My wife's steak sauce matched it well. It tasted 'Wow'!
Although there were many place which had fireworks around here, we enjoyed the sparkler in our yard. Because my daughter likely didn't like the large shock sounds of fireworks.
It was first experience for her, and it made her so excited!
